It's czon not gzon. It's Curonian!
I don't know if it's Old Curonian or New Curonian though. Whatever, it appears to be a mixture of High German, Low German and Lithuanian. Old Curonian died out centuries ago and was spoken in southwest Latvia. Palanga has been part of Latvia in the past. New Curonian was spoken on the Curonian Lagoon, immediately south of Klaipėda and down towards the general direction of Poland. In Polish, cz is pronounced ch.
There are no surviving written examples.
